A Ph D with laurels in Public Policy & Governance , she has been a Civil Services Officer (Group A) for 32+ years and has wide-ranging experience of policy making and execution at various levels of hierarchy. Has handled multiple range of assignments in multiple organizations and Ministries viz O F Dehradun , Field Gun Factory Kanpur , Ordnance Factory Ambajhari , Nagpur , Ministry of Health , OFB New Delhi Office & Regional Marketing Centre of the them OFB , Department of Defence Production , and Doordarshan , All India Radio Prasar Bharati , Information and Broadcasting . She did her MSc in Public Policy and Management with letter of Commendation from Carnegie Mellon University of USA and Ph D in Policy and Governance from MDI , Gurugram. Her research project in Public Policy Implementation won her South Asia research Award from Emerald UK and Indian Academy of Management in 2013 for being the most relevant and outstanding Proposal. She has Published multiple articles, both Quantitative and Qualitative in blind peer reviewed International indexed journals. Has also written a number of Teaching Cases for MBA Classes - published in reputed International journals including Ivey League journal. Her ethnographic study , subsequently published as a Novel : She – A Woman from India was pitched by FICCI in London Book fair 2019 and was felicitated by Sahitya Academy too. Her objective is to synthesize the vast and varied Civil Services and Corporate experience besides academics to fill the huge policy-skill and implementation gap South Asia.
